Ben Pakulski MI40 Program Review

by admin on December 20, 2011

Have you stumbled upon Ben Pakulski’s MI40 Program and want to know if it’s something for you or not? Then you have come to the right place as I’ll explain a bit about the MI 40 Program right now.

Ben has been featured in a whole slew of magazines and is an absolute authority on muscle. There are probably not many people who doubt his ability to provide valuable information about how to build muscle. Just look at the man!

Anything that has to do with building muscle will obviously involve lifting some kind of weights and resistance training. Be it heavy weights or body weight exercises, in order to put stress and small muscular tears in the muscle fibers in order to re-build them stronger and harder than before. Therefore the goal of increasing the weight over time is sound advice to build up muscular size and it’s what I tend to do when I lift.

However, Ben Pakulski explains how the TIME UNDER TENSION is more important. Only by truly using the muscle that is supposed to push the weight are you able to gain the muscular size you want. There is no point in lifting a weight unless you are using the right muscle and targeting that specific muscle during the lift, as well as using a “peak contraction” on it.

As the creator of the program is considered a steriod user and a slow gainer before he started taking them, although having put in the effort of working hard and eating right for many years I still think it makes the method a little less valid. I’m sure it works, but I’d be afraid to try it as a natural lifter. My theory and practical application has always been to lift heavy or rather heavy weight to failure, while still maintaining good form and tension. I’ve never NOT gained on this protocol and I think it’s a valid method for anyone who wants to gain muscular size.

In “problem 3″ on the program page, you can read about the total failure concept and I truly believe this to be one of the top and main reasons for the success of most weight lifting programs. Along with progressive overload (an increase in weight or reps) while keeping rest and rep speed the same will help increase tension and take care of “problem 1″ automatically.

Then he goes on about some magical number 40, which I do believe to be a bit of a marketing ploy. I’m sure that 40 seconds etc is a good number, but we can’t say that it’s optimal for anything, especially not for testosterone release.

I do like how he explains that no amount of overeating will create the results you are after. This is TRUE from experience and reading lots of texts. It do believe that we cannot add “lots and lots of weight in a very short period of time”, as it’s pretty much biologically imposible to accomplish. I’ve never added more than a few kilograms per cycle without gaining additional fat and I’ve tried pretty much all the lifting methods around today.

I have absoltely NO DOUBTS that this program works, I even think it’s an excellent program for somebody who wants to try something new and get to new levels of fitness quickly. I mean, lifting weights and eating the way he explains will get your amazing results, I’ve gotten them myself and seen everything outlined first hand, so there is absolutely no doubt in my mind that this isn’t a program that will work. I just want to warn about the “overly promotional style” of the sales letter.

If you want to try the program, absolutely go for it! I mean, there is a 100% money back guarantee to help protect you from being ripped of! The program is quite lengthy and the whole program is almost 5 gigabytes with upgrades. That just means that there is quite literally a lot of information to go through.
